One of the first things we need to assess is your company’s worth. To evaluate this we would normally ask you to provide us with:

A profit and loss account for at least 2 years. However, if this is not available we can use other methods to evaluate the value of a business. We would stress very strongly, though, that such provided accounts are always regarded by us as highly confidential.

A list of assets. For example: office equipment, company vehicles etcetera.
Any current leases, and any other contacts for services.

Having agreed on the business worth, we will complete a simple listing agreement with you. There are no advance fees and you pay nothing until the business is sold.

We advertise in a wide range of media: newspapers, the internet, magazines, and so on. However, businesses are always portrayed in general terms, and also in a discrete fashion that does not name or identify your company.

Inquiries are screened carefully; and we attempt not only to qualify a potential buyer financially, but also to assess a buyer's capability to operate a business, as well as their compatibility with the business.
